INCLUDED IN BASIC PRESENTATION:

* Basic Pre-Designed Presentation (click here for content) – approximately 7 hours long (either 2 evenings or ˝ days* or one full day**)
* Plenty of Role Play

* Sample original BBB Autism articles and packages available by email request that are related to topics discussed
* Sample products/manuals/tools of interest from local vendors (i.e. Help Us Learn, Communication Made Easy)
* Brochures for upcoming workshops (subject to availability) from other agencies/providers (if available)
* Thousands of hours of research, original articles, experience from myself and input from parents from all over the world

HANDOUTS ($10 per attendee)

* Hand outs for up to 20 attendees which includes:

*    Agenda
*    Articles of Interest (pertaining to autism, starting out, family issues, burnout, Internet cautions etc.)
*    Resource List ***
*    Brochures from local agencies (subject to availability)
*    Glossary of ABA terms
*    “Other Therapies” handout
*    ATEC Scale

*    Any information you (as an agency) would like to add
*    All photocopying and assembly provided by BBB Autism Support Network

 RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR GROUP:

* Information/handouts on local resources (per attendee, if desired)
* Space for presentation (a flip chart is great but not essential), seating for 20, area for registration
* Refreshments, if desired – i.e. coffee, tea, timbits
* Telephone registration and confirmation (please ask for email addresses, if applicable)
* If desired, you can arrange for local vendors can be on hand for displays during breaks
* Handouts per attendee $10.00 each
* Cost of Basic Presentation $500.00
* $100 deposit refundable up to 7 days before presentation
* Promotion of workshop
* Set up time of 1 hour
* Booking two weeks in advance
* Mileage: $.32 per kilometer from BBB Autism location North of Toronto
* Telephone liaison between myself and your group's representative to confirm times, attendance and admittance to building/presentation space, etc.

AT EXTRA COST:

* Promotional brochures customized for mailers $.50 per brochure printed and delivered to you well in advance.

ONLY PERSONAL CHEQUES AND CASH ACCEPTED FROM ATTENDEES. RECEIPTS WILL BE ISSUED!

*    2 evening presentations – could also be done during the day on two weekdays (for example: a Monday/Tuesday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm)

** Full day: please set aside 8 hours to include lunch and two breaks

*** If outside of the Greater Toronto Area, your presentation will be customized to include local resources.  Please provide a list of those you would like included.

NOTE: If you would like me to customize the basic presentation in any way (i.e. directed to higher functioning children, more about the 1st year of school, siblings etc), we can discuss this!  I reserve the right to add an extra charge (dependent on the amount of research and extra photocopying for handouts etc), plus I may need extra lead-time.
